Tesla Updates March 2017

Tesla Updates
Autopilot Updates
New Autopilot features arrived this week with the Tesla version 8.1 software release. Features include:
  • High-speed Autosteer
  • Lane Departure Warning
  • Summon your car remotely
  • Parallel Autopark
  • Auto Lane Change
Schedule a test drive at your Tesla store to experience these exciting Autopilot features, as well as the new Ludicrous+ mode on the P100D that has made the Model S the fastest accelerating car from 0 to 60 mph of all time.
Model S 60
Model S 60
Two weeks remain to order a Model S 60. Last year, we introduced Model S 60 kWh battery – a more affordable option, to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles.
Since the majority of Tesla customers prefer to own the price equivalent of a Model S with 75 kWh battery or higher, on April 16, 2017, we will be simplifying our offerings to remove the 60 kWh option.
As a reminder, all new 60 kWh vehicles are equipped with full self-driving hardware and the ability to upgrade to the range of a 75 kWh vehicle via an over-the-air update.
Model S and Model 3
Model S and Model 3
From the beginning, our goal at Tesla has been to produce cars without compromise.
Later this year, we will introduce Model 3 – a smaller, simpler and more affordable version of our flagship: Model S. With more range, more acceleration, more power, more interior space and more customization choices, Model S will continue to feature the very best in Tesla technology.
